Considering the amount of rain fall the area received the experience was better than expected. We ran into one section that was open to ATV's which in my opinion negatively affected the riding for that area. The group I rode with have been there for three years now and they continue to return because of the shorter driving distance (from Wausau, WI) than Moab or Fruita, the range of riding, and bike friendly atmosphere. I had the same thing happen 3 miles into the Ore 2 Shore this year(my Co2 was already used in my seatbag) and was stranded until Keith Westphal thankfully stopped and gave me his Co2's. Started dead last with the broom wagon waiting for me to fix my tire. Your luck will only get better in the year's to come at the 40. Scott Bummer of a day!
